岗位职责：

Collaborate and communicate. You’ll work with teammates and stakeholders on projects that produce positive SEO outcomes.

Work in spreadsheets. We measure and track everything, so we need someone who doesn't mind living and breathing in data.

Promotion & Outreach. You’ll help us maintain a healthy backlink profile, and work to ensure we’re being featured on high-quality websites.

Research. You’ll work closely with our editorial team to create content that ranks for important industry keywords.

Site Optimization. You'll become an expert of on-page, off-page SEO concepts, and be expected to analyze data to figure out new ways to further optimize our websites.

Track and Measure Impact. You’ll have the chance to conduct tests, monitor site performance, and report on key performance metrics.

职位要求：

“Team First” attitude. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves to help the team hit ambitious organic traffic and revenue goals.

True Grit. You’re not afraid of a challenge, and you persevere despite obstacles.

Time management skills, efficiency, attention to detail and excellent follow through.

Excellent oral and written communication skills (experience with email outreach campaigns and promotion are a plus).

1-2 years experience with digital marketing projects/campaigns.

Can multi-task. You can juggle a lot at once and never get stressed out when multiple projects are on your plate. Cool and collected is your middle name.
